Furfrou is an interesting Pokemon to use in National Dex OU on Pokemon Showdown, it has the ability Fur Coat which gives it 2x Defense WITHOUT any drawback. Latias is just busted it's new access to tera and draining kiss. Latias was just added to Pokemon Scarlet and Violet in The Indigo Disk DLC as a static encounter, it was unavailable in the baseline game and The Teal Mask DLC.
