Do you think the Caucasus is a continent 😃😃😃

It is sad how some Georgians reject what they are. Instead of embracing your unique West Asian identity, you keep trying to convince the rest of the world you are some kind of special East European almost slavic country. Culturally and historically, you are closer to Persia than Belarus.

@@georgianpatriot777 What do you mean by closer? Asian Turkey has more Greek influence and that doesn't mean Europeness. Greek influences reached Egypt, Central Asia and India btw. And Russian influence also reached Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia or Manchuria. Educate yourself too, please.

@@giviko1709 People forget that the separation between Asia and Europe is political and cultural, but geographically speaking we are the same continent. I'm from Europe and in my opinion Georgia is Europe. If we have to use geographical criteria, we are all asian.

​@@F.Picknaipa Yes I know, the thing is most Europeans don't even consider Georgia Europe, and if they do it's only because we're white and don't really fit in with our neighbors. (I'm mostly talking about westerners, easterners accept us being Europe just fine) I think it's dumb to just limit countries that are clearly not fitting in one continent into one (like Egypt, Turkey, Russia, Georgia and many others). Wether it be culturally, politically, historically or geographically. Countries can check off many boxes which could assign them to many different groupings

Which is strange considering that by that logic the Caucasus are European even though ethnically, culturally and for most countries and people religiously non European...

Nah I am from Georgia east of Turkey so if Turkey is Asian we are far east from turkey so we are Asian
