Usually causes problems with momentum though too.

You can lean back but you need very good balance actually you can change the angle of the realise patty Cummings dose at times not only balance you need good shoulder strength and flexibility. I use too bowl like that but you shouldn't bowl leaning back all the time.

I quit cricket as a kid cause of being dragged as a wrist spinner. At age 8 - 10 I took lots of wickets. Then kids learnt to hit me. They wouldnt set the field properly (full cordon etc.). Tolfld to bowl pace which I hated so I quit. Wish I had someone like this as the coach who understood.
