Chermoula Sauce
Chermoula is a delicious Moroccan sauce made with herbs, garlic, lemon, olive oil and warm spices. Great with fish, chicken, lamb, vegetables and stews.

Can I.. cook without pebbles? And can I ask what's the function of pebbles of the cooking?
The pebbles hold onto heat. You can bake without them if you use something else to do that, for example a pizza stone, or even just a cast iron pan 😊
It's to prevent an air bubble from forming in the middle. An alternative to using pebbles or river rocks is to poke small idents in the flat bread before putting it poked side down first on a cast iron iron pan in an oven.

Hi Karin, thank you for your question, not all pans can resist the high oven temperature, but yes you can as long as this pan is compatible with oven high temperature, please make sure to review manufacturer recommendation and manual.
