wrong! the single note is feedback and the beep sound is by using the toggle switch on a les paul so that the rhythm pickup is on zero so when you flick between the 2 you get the bleeping effect

Not to take anything away from this amazing cover, ive seen static live 5 times and watched several live videos and I never see Wayne play the one finger power chords with the drop c tuning, when i learned this song i was taught it was in c standard tuning and if you watch Wayne live hes definitely playing regular power chords. I could be wrong just chiming in with my worthless 2 cents lol. Awesome cover man great tone.
