I have been hoping and hoping for South Sudan to get better, but I had no idea our leaders lack many aspects that make a modern country to flourish. No sympathy or compassion towards our suffering citizens, but instead all I hear is how power will continue to be shared. My people, are we cursed or are we just stupid?

If I have written anything that hurts you below, then you must know the pain our South Sudanese people are going through. We MUST unite the country, my people, otherwise we are no different from what our brother Dr. John Garang and millions of our brothers and sisters died and maimed for. Please, no more corruption and please, fix the economy, tafadhali.

You want negotiations done in Juba so some of you may get angry and light up the country? Common my people, with what I and the World have seen, it will take miracles to revive South Sudan. Yes, because some you mathokraps, as De. Peter Biar Ajak calls those corrupt and greed South Sudanese, are milking that beautiful country dry. Please, wake up because our people are suffering.

The South Sudanese are tired of being lied to, day and night. Insecurity is rampant across the country and no one seems to care. In fact, those reading this message right now are the educated few, or children of the rich or my fellow Lost Boys of Sudan, most of whom haven't been home since December, 1987. I'm one of the Lost Boys and my heart doesn't seem to rest, no matter how much I try to calm down.

You know, the problem negotiating with rebels is that they fear losing leadership positions during the elections. There is no country in the World with four vice-presidents, but South Sudan. We all know that these rebellions are done to gain positions. Why, my people, do we have to hurt our people for personal gains, when you aren't doing a good job when given the position, eh?

...if you're not ready to agree on all that Tumaini Initiative offered, then get ready for another confused and conflict-ridden South Sudan. Riek Machar, I will never forget what you did to Dinka Bor in 1991, but I'm willing to forgive, because my father Akuany Chol Achieu of Biong, Baidit, Jonglei State. I have forgiven you, but pain can't be forgotten.

My people, my dear South Sudan, how long are our people are going to suffer, eh? The SSP is constantly losing value against SSD, and we just keep on yapping and hope things will be okay? That is either ignorance or our leaders are just plain stupid. Our people are begging from those abroad to support them and when we sent that little money we can spare, then the purchasing value is so little that more has to be sent. Our brother, Dr. John Garang de Mabior did not die for the few elites to be rich and the whole of South Sudan to be poor and miserable. Wake up, my leaders and resurrect South Sudan's economy and peace be on the land, so that children can learn and youths can have something to do. Please, my people, Save our country and out our over 60 Tribes. We're unique and beautiful and MUST unite as South Sudanese.

My people, we all know that to succeed in life, we must be cautious and there are a lot of blunders being dropped in this video. You're awesome my people, but please do not let South Sudan down, tafadhali.

The oil is there for long and the wars still. My leadership the world is changing now due to the many reasons.

Our leaders in South Sudan 🇸🇸 are missed leading the country and no one has except another one. Who will fixing our own home. Please ask God for forgiveness and reconciliation that may help all of us.

From the beginning i thought Dr J. Okuk was an independent political analyst. But i would related with him on the point that IO are not supposed to withdraw from Tumaini Initiative rather showing honesty to remain committed and still maintain their views on how best they wish this implementation process would effectively work for both IG, IO and other political parties in the agreement. Tumaini (Hope) has core meaningful value for the people of South Sudan and should be respected for the sake of desperate citizens. International community has already raised concerns asking parties whether this new Tumaini Initiative peace implementation approach would productively differentiate between the previous implementation process and the proposed "Tumaini Initiative". Now the ongoing reactions from the principal parties to the agreement disagreeing on the first step of committee formation to monitor the implementation process has already proven the international doubts. So on my view, what i see here is lack of political relationship between the state and politicians of which citizens will be left out unattended.
