There's no tangible proof that John Bradley Murdoch has actually committed a murder. (1) No body (2) Joanne Lee's description of her attacker never matched his appearance (3) Complete lack of forensic evidence at the rear of the Kombi van, (4) Actual blood pool at the crime scene is inconsistent with a gun shoot. (5) Complete lack of evidence in the front seats of the Kombi van, according to Joanne Lee's there was a violent struggle in the front seats of the Kombi however there were no dead skin cells located in the front seats of the van, completely inconsistent with a violent struggle, in fact there should have been millions of dead skin cells according to a former forensic detective from NSW police. (6) Joanne Lee's false and misleading statements, many of them were falsifications. #1 Joanne Lee's account of her alleged attacker was that she ran from the back of his ute and hid behind a bush around 30 metres from the Stuart highway, and that her alleged attacker attempted to locate her, and that her alleged attacker persued her with a dog, this has now been disproved, no tracks of her alleged attacker were ever located, and certainly no dog prints were ever found, an Impossibility for an experienced aboriginal tracker to miss. #2 Joanne Lee's account of how she was tied is inconsistent with the testimony of the road train driver who picked her up from the Stuart highway #3 Joanne Lee's account of how she moved from the front seats of her alleged attackers truck to the rear tray on that truck was impossible according to the NT's police own investigation. NT police actually listed 12 inconsistencies themselves in relation to Joanne Lee's testimony. Joanne Lee's own step father insists that she is lying about her so called kidnapping and on the murder of Peter Falconio. John Bradley Murdoch was actually tried in a court room in South Australia and found not guilty in a similar abduction kidnapping case, therefore under strict double jeopardy laws in SA, due process in the rule of law was not followed after he was rearrested outside of the court room and then extradited to the NT to be prosecuted again for the same type of offence . The DNA evidence against John Bradley Murdoch is sketchy at best, and highly unlikely, it's more likely that the manacles that supposedly restrained Joanne Lee's wrists were cross contaminated after NT police presented it to John Bradley Murdoch in prison. As for a droplet of John Bradley Murdoch's blood being on an item of Joanne Lee's clothing sorry I'm not having this , it doesn't happen like that at all in a violent struggle. I firmly believe that NT police wanted a quick conviction and had nothing on John Bradley Murdoch and planted the blood on both the shirt and gear shifter of the Kombi van. As for a another criminal who supposedly testified against John Bradley Murdoch in Geraldton WA, that can never be used as evidence, he was a known criminal who served time in prison with a complete lack of credibility whatsoever who was not an unbiased observer at all who stood to gain by giving a false testimony. And last but not least the only real so called evidence that NT police had the so called smoking gun was a hair tie found on a hand gun owned by John Bradley Murdoch, however when police interviewed Joanne Lee's about a missing hair tie which was supposedly recovered on that gun it was completely different from the one Joanne Lee's described, and yet again this was used as evidence. The burning question is did something happen to Peter Falconio, the answer is yes, did John Bradley Murdoch kill Peter Falconio and the answer was a resounding no from a highly experienced former forensic homicide detective from NSW police with decades of experience under his belt. Now listen up people we now have a highly experienced former NSW police forensic detective saying no blood spray at the crime scene that would have been present had Peter Falconio was shot dead especially at close range and nothing was located at the rear of the Kombi van in terms of forensic evidence, according to that highly experienced detective that's not possible., I believe that Joanne Lee's is hiding information from police, I firmly believe that Peter Falconio was murdered and that he was stabbed to death with a knife which is consistent with the pool of blood found next to the Stuart highway

Very interesting interview. I tried to contact Ken Gamble regarding this case. I believe Theo may have been coereced into joining a cult near the Byron Bay area, and now he is prevented from leaving. How far did the investigation go in respect to cult activities in Byron Bay and nearby areas. One of the cults in Tyalgum has an affiliation with the Gold Coast area where Theo visited, and it is likely he may have been told not to mention to family members that he was going to Byron Bay to meet cult members. This could explain what happened to his phone as cults confiscate the mobile phones of new members.

He had a bizarre story whether you believe it or not. 22:04 the police werent looking at the TOTALITY of evidence.. what the heck.picture DID Keli fit if not one that is wholly dusfinctional? And pethaps she kept her final child BECAUSE she was being looked at by police. She DIDNT havr a close knit family theyre all closed off and cold emotionally. There was no emotional.safety for keli, she couldnt confide in her parents about anything!

Breaks my heart. Justice for all and rest her soul. My love goes with her family. My thoughts are that she had an interface installed externally, on her laptop, maybe all of her devices. I have zero doubt that her mental health was used against her with view of de validating her account of what was potentially purposeful and singular gaslighting. It reads strongly to me that someone was afraid of exposure directly stemming from what this woman knew. If your device has been illegally accessed ( inclusive of police without a valid search warrant) The porting will show up as anomalous activity in your usage history. You can gain access to your own data within the data retrieval process - this is via your network provider. Ideally if you have experienced anything like this, it will be executed in such a way that nobody around you will believe you. Your best bet is to to write three letters which detail clearly what you believe you know to be truth, with dates, times, places and names. Complete descriptions of people you believe to be involved to the best of your ability. Descriptions of voices if contact was incoming to your device. Three copies of your account left in the care of three separate people who validate your experience and cannot be bought for their cooperation. Ideally the account should be made a copy of and directed to investigative media in event of your disappearance or death, inclusive of (apparent) suicide. Access to your network data history should ideally be bequeathed in writing to your trusted persons in event of your death or disappearance. As it reads to me, this woman was vulnerable and up scared and trusted the wrong person, maybe more than one - with what she believed to be true. My belief is that it is best practice to direct your account to investigative media via entrusted persons because you cannot ascertain the modus operandi of all police involved. My reasons for believing that the justice system is due for a massive cleanup operation is based partly upon my personal lived experience of attempting to access my own information within FOI QPRIME and QLD health records. The barriers are designed to make it as expensive, complex, difficult and denigrating as it can possibly be. Un navigable for ordinary people, let alone anyone who cannot afford legal representation or an advocate in event of compromised mental health. Sandrine was a vulnerable person. Noted here publicly that incoming calls to the VPU unit of QPS are not recorded. Queensland Police Service and especially the designers of its directives need a huge clean out. The current system is rotten to the core. My advice is that a person is as safe as they keep themselves. Begin by protecting your information in event of your own disappearance. Exposure is the primary fear of the dark heart at the core of this states justice system. Just my thoughts.

The one thing I don't understand about all the hypothesis is how did the wire from the Thomas farm end up at the Crewe farm. The profiler says the murderer had probably not planned disposing of the bodies. Did he bring the wire with him to do the murder because surely he did not drive the 15km to the thomas farm to get some wire after the event. Demler definitely very odd. He was phoned by the stock agent saying the Crewes had not answered the phone all weekend at 7am on the Monday. I would have dashed over straight away to see if everything was ok. It was not until later that the transport company phoned Demler and asked him to go check on the Crewes before Demler went over there.
