Do you need a saniflow branded toilet or can I use a toilet I already have

They have toilets in Africa ? I thought they just dropped a Duce on the ground.

I'm pretty sure the benefit of Sani flow was not to cut into concrete, if I'm going to cut into my slab I'm miles well put in a normal plumbing system then cover it again with cement.

Is it ok to use a 22mm copper or plastic pipe for the waste. I have a run of 5 mtrs under the floor boards then out to a soil stat.

I'm remodeling a basement and tight for room. I want to attach a complete bathroom 3 inlets to the Saniflo (Sink, Shower and of course the toilet ! The kitchen will be next to the Bathroom ! Washer and Kitchen sink .So I need to have $ inlets to drain. NOT counting the $ inch Toilet outlet. Which system would work for me> Please Feedback ASP !!!

What about replacing it? Would you have to break up the floor all over again?

I have had one for 13 yrs. Baby wipes are the enemy of these toilets! Keep them out of the room! Good unit for an occasional use bathroom, but needs regular descaling. I have had to remove & replace for servicing several times, mostly due to accidental introduction of baby wipes (before I banned them from this bathroom), and some other foreign objects. When my puffer switch (air activator) failed, I wired in a simple push button, mounted to the wall. Works better than the air switch did. Seats are hard to find, as the bolt pattern seems to be wider (European?). I modified an american wood seat to fit.

Can this also be done on a second story wooden floor without needing a step up into the shower?

After few years solenoid valve started leaking, cant find replacement, only replacement i could find costs 130 dollars and its not in my country, i do not recommend this toilet. Parts should be easy to get.

do you guys still sell these? How do you dump this? Do you have to have a drain line for this. I have water supply but I have no drain pipe.

I wouldn't bust up the basement floor in my house I would purchase a fiberglass shower pan.

It works. I made a small bathroom in my basement which includes a shower. I got a Sanicompact toilet and a Sanishower pump for gray water. They make 120 VAC 60 HZ models for USA standards. A bit expensive, but less than the concrete demolition I would have needed. My waste runs are very short, as the sewer entry is right in the room. It's just that it comes in the concrete foundation 4 feet above the floor.
