Way more level headed then I am for that Saturday game. Taking undisciplined penalties is one thing, racking up 3 delay of games for winging it into the stands was absolutely mind numbing. At some point the consistency issue needs to get spoken about as this and last season has been all over the place it comes down to coaching. Unless something changes we'll need a franchise or 2 to fold for us to make the playoffs (again), the team is too all over the place right now to even consider going on a run. I'd also like to know more about Maier getting hung out to dry for 10, I really hope it was him staying in and taking one for the team by choice, and not being left out there to send a message to everyone. Regardless the first 10 minutes were fun to watch, unfortunately it fell off from there in the second. The team has a lot of good dudes and character, just super frustrating to see how hot and cold they can be. At some point coaching and staff needs to be addressed. Deveaux is quickly becoming one of my favorites.

I don't comment much, I enjoy the content. I only have half season Mariners tickets. Enjoy the away game coverage and games I can't go to. Take your time and go at your own pace, I'll still tune in.

I'm happy with what Army's doing, but we could use another solid D-man. If he could QB the 2nd PP unit, bonus points. Hopefully the infusion of youth, speed & energy at least improve our forecheck & PK. We have very good goaltending & role players, need to get more out of our top 6 guys, including whichever young guys step their games up. I think we most likely finish 5th again with a 50/50 chance to grab a wildcard spot. We should be better, but the Central's a damn shark tank.
