I wish I saw this video sooner. My sister poured seeds down the drain and I've been snaking about 15 feet in the drain past the trap for the past week!
I always have a strainer on my kitchen sink drains, and when I began using chia seeds, I realized how important they are. I make chia seed kefir, etc., puddings on a regular basis. If you look on my page, you may see some batches being made. Let me know if you find anything that works to break it up ... maybe the vinegar/baking soda combination?

I don't have a recipe per se, but weigh the vegetables and add a 3% saltwater brine to each jar. I weigh the empty jar first, then set my scale to accommodate for that, and weigh each jar to know how much salt to use. I garnered a lot of my fermentation knowledge from ruclips.net/p/PLqKpXXbHNvC9lERqIhFJYqHznFRIRotjO and other posts from her RUclips acct.

Every time I do these puddings, what I use can vary, lol, this time I used: 16 oz Whole Milk Kefir 8 oz Whole Milk Cottage Cheese 2 cups frozen Blueberries 3 tbs Flax Seeds 4 tbs Nutritional Yeast 1 tbs Grass Fed Organic Gelatin 4 tbs Dark Chocolate Cacao Powder 1 tsp Cinnamon 1/2 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt about 1/4 Half and Half (just enough to help it blend)

Excedrin for migraines is the only thing that works for me. Even with that it still lasts a few hours but it's better than the usual 12-18 hours without it. Hope you felt better fast! 😊
Fermented veggies or marinated veggies? Whats the difference?
Fermented means they have gone through fermentation process that can last 7-10 days outside of fridge, then they can store in the fridge for many months. Fermentation provides beneficial bacteria and probiotics good fot gut health, and makes the vegetables easier to digest, still keeping all nutrients. Marinating only adds flavor, and will keep only for days.

Hi! How are you feeling with the one meal a day?
Seems to be fairly easy, as long as I plan so I don't have to cook until time for next meal, lol. 11am to noon seems to work well for me.

yes, that will be on the list when the fruit is abundant this summer ... I had an overabundance of onions, which is why I did them as the first batch. ;)

there is no pork in this meal, but it would surely be better than turkey! Was just using up the turkey slices that were given to me. I have a pork loin roast in the freezer, which will make a great pasta salad for later this Summer -- saving it for a family picnic/gathering. ;)
