theres a broken section in the railing where the guard is. you can jump on top of your boat and through the railing
THE SUN IS LEAKING,anyways I have a mod collection that makes it WAY MORE CHAOTIC (And harder in ways) By making all npcs random (from scitntists from half life 1 to litteraly anything later on..) if you want the link i can give you,warning you its best to skip some cutscenes due to them (Prob) being broken or unsupoorted,so that goes on your luck.

Funny video don't know why you called the (Half Life 2 Campaign Gamemode) shitty and outdated it works perfectly it is the better way (For me at least) to play the Campaign with my Friend's cause it actually has them spawn at a proper spot instead of in the void with the white door that G-man summons or whatever so like idk man if it has problem's for you probably cause of the cursed Addon's with it making the game weird But yeah funny as shit
