4K Tour of 16th Century Fortress in the Faroe Islands 🇫🇴
During my business trip to The Faroe Islands in September 2024, I extended my stay a few days. I went to explore the capital, Tórshavn, and stumbled upon this old fortress from the 16th century called Skansin. It was pretty cool to see that the cannons are still there and the buildings are well kept. And it doesn't even cost a penny to visit!

In September 2024 I went to The Faroe Islands to attend a trade show. I extended my stay for a few days and captured this walk in the capital, Tórshavn. Going from the fortress (Skansin) to the government district (Tinganes) to downtown to the park (Viðarlundin), I had a wonderful time exploring this beautiful town.
