I recently had a disappointing experience with JLM Mobiles, a store that specializes in selling second-hand mobile phones. The shop acquires its stock from various online platforms, and many of the phones are damaged, heavily used, or outdated. The refurbishment process appears to use low-quality parts, based on my experience with two handsets purchased from them. Initially, I bought a Samsung S21, which developed screen lines soon after purchase. When I returned to the shop, they exchanged it for a Realme phone but charged me an additional ₹7,000. Unfortunately, the replacement device's camera and display quality were subpar, which I didn't notice at the time of purchase. After the sale, the shop owner blocked my number, making it impossible to receive any updates or further assistance. Based on this experience, I advise others to avoid purchasing from JLM Mobiles and instead invest in a new phone. This review is based on my personal experience and aims to help others make informed decisions.
