I remember visiting my grandmother in Blossburg as a child. I still remember the town well 30 years later. Great video
I moved up here to Geneseo from FL about 20 yrs ago. Never looked back.
My daddy's from Jellico. Born and raised straight across from Highcliff Baptist Church.
I love it here. I came up from FL in 2001.
What about Avenue B, C, D
I'd like to live there. Alot of mennonites there aswell yeah? Those are good people and neighbors
Beautiful and historic drive. I do it all the time
My home 2005-2023. 🙂
Live in albion in the 70's i miss it
Love that place.
Sounded a little benny hill-ish👍
RPOL79 I 🩷You! lol 😆😁
Great video of my old hometown!
One of the best videos of Elida I have ever seen!
My grandparents had a store there back in the 1930s, and my father and uncle graduated from high school there. My uncle married Elizabeth (Betty Widmer.)
I live here now with my older sister and youngest nephew! We just moved here in November of 2022, Love it here! 😊❤

Lilacs and good times.🌺
Beautiful. Many memories.😎
Where is Joe Ferraro the best coach ever?!
I left that shithole back in 1973
Love this town and passing through it on my way to Deep Creek, Excellent backing track too btw, Vibing on that groove. It reminds me of Circles Around the Sun.
PARK AVE PART'S ARE BEAUTIFUL AND DANGEROUS
I'm moving there next month but I'm curious to why you think it's dangerous?
@@oof569 You'll love it. Guaranteed. 100%. Note the ALL CAPS comment. Park Avenue is not dangerous.
Neat old town with some unique buildings and architecture.
Rochester is a beautiful city with many problems in large part because of the political “leadership” it has. I will always love the city no matter what because it is a hidden gem.
One of the worst accidents I ever seen took place one rainy night on Lake Avenue in the curve between Holy Sepulchre and Riverside Cemetery. My wife and I were coming from Charlotte heading back into the city. A car that was heading north somehow missed the curve and hit another car head on. The lady in the passenger seat of the car heading toward the city did not have her seat belt on and hear head hot the windshield and her body went under the dash, to this day I do not know if she lived. It was just horrible. I also recall how we used to go to my uncle Kenny's house in Irondequoit and my dad would turn down River Street and we'd see the fire house there and then go over the Stutson Street bridge, I miss that.
I thought that wad what video was until I didn't see anyone on street at all
And that's Middleport 😊
Fakir kırsal bölgeleri merak ederim
Going way too fast
Saw both baseball and football games there including a Big 33, Johnstown High, and AAABA games. My dad played there in the 50s.
Left 33 years ago. About the only things I miss are Richmond Library, Cookies Deli and the Checkerboard Restaurant. 2 out of the 3 are gone, so not much reason to go back! 😀
Is Marie's still there ?
Video was interesting. Audio is diametrically opposed to any sense of beauty, balance or humanity anywhere on Earth.
Can you make more videos from such towns ? And from Rochester too if possible , thanks
It looked beautiful
Small Town America where nothin happens and nobody’s in a hurry....
A plus
Property taxes are way too high in NYS!! ALWAYS HAVE BEEN AND STILL ARE!!
When kodak left, it was all over for Monroe County and the 3 other counties ajoining counties, since kodak employed 90% in Monroe, and 60% in the other 3 counties!! Its all she wrote folks!!
When did that happen, because my husband retired from E.K., just before it went down, thanks
Ur goin a little too fast 4 me!!
Nice blown stop sign at 0:30
😇
I used to live in brkpt in the 2000
Wheres the neighborhoods..
Thank you for this video many memories missed Rochester!
Thanks for showing where I grew up. 1950's-1962. Not all bad not all good.
Nice, but why not do the drive on a bicycle?
Foreigner's 1979 song "Rev on the Red Line," a song recalling Lou Gramm's drag racing days, brought me here: "...Running all night on Lake Avenue. It's a piece of cake if you know what to do..." Thanks for posting this. Here's a lyric video: ruclips.net/video/Yfyxo-lFA0Y/видео.html
