@@SnowfallCR Nope, just a bit of overdrive before the amp to get more punch out of the amp sim and some eq on the output signal, that's all. You can get some decent tones if you find a good impulse response to couple with the amp.

Some parts need some light palm muting, but I think it's subjective and depends on your picking technique mostly

Very weird question and years later: How do you keep so clean that matte guitar? I have a very similar one and its always messy and with few dust. Yours looks perfect.
It looks clean but it isn't. Lots of fingerprints and dust, I guess it's just the low quality camera that hides the dirt. The only way to clean that finish is to use a dry microfiber rag.
Sams solo imo is the harder of the 2 on this without doubt
