I was in my early 20's when this awesome band came out. Phenomenal band! Listening to UDS brings back some great memories.

In retrospect I really dig the rootsy laid back vibe they bring to rap/funk/rock. At the time I liked the more modern sounds of Rage, 311, the Chilis, ect. But now that I've absorbed more musical influences I really appreciate the way these guys can dig deep into the musical past at the same time they were pushing into new terrain (particularly when they had the DJ). And damn, what a live show!

Rudeboy really kicked ass here. Such a virtuoso, i mean they all are, but this guy is mind blowing 🤯

I wish this was on Spotify :(. Searching it on youtube is like arriving at a pilgrimage site. This song is incredible, especially after 11:00 when imo it seriously (seriously) reaches a level of intensity and inventiveness shared by few select pieces in music history like Wagner's Liebestod. I really hope historians and critics discover music like this and canonize it.
