Thanks for bringing back memories of where I grew up in the 70's. That green upstairs house by Mabo and Apena streets has not changed! I noticed my street, Apena street when you turn right is now gated. This was a free flowing street in the 70s that lead to Atunrase street. Thanks.

You did a wonderful job. I could not recognize all these places anymore after 38 years of absence. Please walk through Adeniji Street, Duojaiye, Bello road, Taju Thompsson, Ekololu, Abayomi, Emmanuel Dada way etc. Much appreciated. We actually need to have all the roads made out of bricks like Randle Avenue. they last longer and in some cases even cheaper.

@5:50... Just look at the filthy open gutters... this is why parts of Lagos floods... Lagos State Public Works department should make sure all gutters are free of debris and clean of plants as well so stuff can flow and drain

Each time you get to some historic places like schools, hospitals, big supermarkets or popular markets and police stations try to show their names in your videos using their sign boards and sign posts. More grease to your elbow. This area tour wouldn't have been seen as a complete success if the street that goes from Jibowu road and passes infront of WAEC office through OWEH street and burst out at Ikorodu road going towards Fadeyi Bus stop is not covered !

Moloney St is no longer the place I knew. Why would the State allow this decay? I was appalled at what they did with the race course, and Kings College and all those nice buildings are just horrible.

This is ridiculous. Who allowed this nonsense? I remember Ikeja GRA was a beautiful place, there were no walls, just trees, flower hedges, I had a relative that lived on Joel Ogunaike and a family friend that lived on Isaac John and now instead of residential communities, I see horror. To say the least, I am appalled. I see Lekki becoming like this in another 20 yrs. I’m saddened by what I have seen.

Lakowe is more beautiful than banana island because it’s more greenery and looks similar to western style

In the next 10 years the place would have been abandoned with potholes due to neglects. The same way the likes of dophin estates and park view are neglected. The country lacks maintenance manners and that’s why the leaders and politicians are so well corrupt. Instead of building the country as a better place for all their building the western countries with Nigeria stolen money that runs in trillions over the years.
