Send it back before the warranty runs out. I regret buying my Vsett 8+ because it just has sooooooo many problems, like just soooooo many and I'm really good at fixing problems so I can't imagine other people buying it and having it for longer than 6 months, also both of my chargers broke by them selves. One of them, one of the 3 pins somehow got bent and is now oval shaped so it's hard to plug it in of it will even go in, and the other one, the metal ring around the part you plug in just broke off, they both work but still. Also for some reason every screw on mine just becomes soooo loose so I have to retighten everything screw like every week so I just took every screw off. Washed them off and cleaned all of the oil and grease off of them, put blue loctite on them and put them back in and luckily that fixed the problem, also my left break is just completely stuck it used to work but over time it just got harder and harder to pull and one day it's just impossible to pull, if I squeeze the leftbreak with both hands as hard as possible, it gets stuck in and I have to pull the break cable as hard as possible by the back wheel to get it back. I also had a problem where the throttle would glitch causing the scooter to just go by itself. I have 3 stripped screws and one screw where the head just fell off. Also a screw holding the black rubber part the holds all of the wires and stuff on the inside closed just fell off and is now missing and also the reflector on the back just fell off and is gone the day I got it. Right now I have a problem where the when I ride over bumps and cracks, the back wheel will just turn off and it will feel as if I'm riding in single motor mode until it randomly decides to turn back on. Also I had a problem one time where the magnetic sensor that activates the magnetic breaking when you pull the throttle just did not work causing me to almost crash. Also front break cable sometimes just slips out of the small hole that it rests in causing the breaks to just not work while riding which is scary af. I also had a problem where when I got the scooter. The front wheel was just unplugged, Also whoever put the piece on the bars with the DDM button put it on sooooo incredibly tight that it's permanently stuck, the included tool (which is incredibly cheap btw) just twisted and broke trying to unscrew it. Also the customer service is bad. I needed a new piece and contacted them. They just did not reply until my second attempt, they told me they cannot send me a new piece and to go to a hardware store and ask for one. I went to lowes and they did not have it. I was almost screwed because I could not ride my scooter without it. Then I bought a similar looking piece from the Vsett website and then luckily someone from Vsett called me and asked if it was for my scooter and I told them that the piece just fell off and I needed a new one and they said it would not fit so they found the right piece for me from their website and sent it to me. I don't know why they told me they could not send me a new one if they could and did. Then when it finally came in the mail, it was the completely wrong piece. Then I contacted them and they sent me a new piece and I sent the old one back. It was a pain going through that but I did finally get the piece I needed. Also my scooter once had this problem where for about 2 weeks the front wheel would squeak sooooo loud where it was embarressing. Also the Manuel is translated horribly to the point where some things are hard to understand. I wish I bought a scooter that was designed by people in the US and was designed good and was made by a company that didn't cut corners. It feels like every thing on the Vsett scooters is designed as cheap as possible like the metal they use in the screws. The cheap tool and how they don't include all of the tools needed to tighten the screws. How it's so hard to get replacement parts and how they don't even put loctite on the screws. How the screen feel generic like it's used in other cheap electric things. How the DDM button can freely rotate. And soooo many other things

Either u need more PSI in the tires or just change to heavy duty street tires. (Optional) then put tire sealant slime afterwards.

Either u need more tire PSI or just put heavy duty Street tires that's what I did to mine. It's more durable and robust tires but was a pain on the ass to change to new tires I tell you that.

What is the point of the video? Get a new charger please don't blame electronic companies who make life easier and cheap in the time of a historic crisis i have the same charger 0 problems ride and have fun

Here is what happend my friend you were riding on very high pressure so when you ride fast on hot asphalt the pressure in the tube increases and and deform in your case, you have luck it didn't blow causing you to crash
