drive theories emphasize how internal states of tension "push" people in certain directions and Incentives theory emphasize how external stimuli "pull" people to certain direction.

What are the components of behaviour
From Google: Each behavior or action consists of three parts: the antecedent, the behavior, and the consequence. Antecedents are events (internal or external) which trigger behaviors. ... Behaviors are anything a person does. ... Consequences are what occurs directly following a behavior. Hope this helps🙂

Sir... I have a question Emily seldom has time for breakfast because she attends morning classes. So she feels the urge to eat since her stomach is grumbling and feels empty. This is an example of DRIVE or NEED
this is eg of drive. since it arouses emily to want to have food. Food, here is the need, while what drives emily to eat it, here, is her grumbling and empty feeling stomach.
