NF-859GT i did buy it but function "Lenlight" doesnt work (im testing and it said "u use cable 3.5 meters" but i have 2.3 meters. ah

What’s the difference of the “Code” the signals I’m assuming it to be. There’s like a A-B-C-D-E-F. Something like that. There’s 6 or so different ones. Instructions say basically nothing other than the fact it can be changed from A to E or anything else. But there’s no difference in tone itself. Be it a pulsing tone or different sound of anykind. All the different “Code” signals regardless of which is selected. Seem to be exactly the same. Is that like a gimmick to add to price of having different options. But they really do no difference or what??? Do you have any idea? I haven’t really used mine yet other than a quick function check.

For the scan test, does it have to be closed or can it be open when it is scanned?

Can you offer an exact video of the process to "Line Hunt"? Which icon do we use in the menu? Which port (Scan, QC/Cont/ Lenght/Flash) do we insert the cable to be hunted? You video scan over this too quickly. and the documentation provided with the tool is minimal at best, with many grammatical errors (English version). it would be great if you can offer a quick 3min video on how to use each setting. I've been trying to find a clear answer to this question on this device for almost a year and quit searching for the answer because I couldn't find it. The question is does this device find and display the IP Address if the data jack is hot and configured properly on the backend? I would love to use this instead of lugging around my laptop.
