He had a dad who gambled and whenever he lost he let his anger out on him and his mother. One day his mother just dissapeard. He then ran away from his dad when he was 7 and then his dad fell from a cliff and 7 year old kinich had to drag his fathers dead body home or so (Not sure where he brought his father)

His back story summary (only have him at friendship lvl 5) also warning grammar sucks His Father was a courier who had a g@mbl!ng @dd!ct!0n, if he won he'd bring Kinich and his mom gifts, if not he'd get dr!nk and be@t them. They moved far from the Canopy and into the mountains bc of debt, which gave them more space but it also made it impossible for neighbors to help stop the be@t!ngs. Kinich's mom was an expert farmer and taught Kinich things like farming, making traps and hunting (boars). One night Kinich's mom decides to run away but DIDN'T bring Kinich scared that Kinich's dad would go after her, and bc of that Kinich had to do all the farm work and her order responsibilities while also taking her share of the be@t!ngs. As time passed though when he was 7 he was running away, bc he was rlly athletic and young and his dad has taken the affects of years of dr!nk!ng and being dr!nk he was rlly, rlly slow. On a cliff (?) Kinich's dad slipped and fell, and well d!ed, Kinich didn't know how to feel but didn't cry by forcing and contourting his face. He took the grappling hook his dad used to use, he wasn't taught how to use it but watched his dad use it in secret and quickly learned how it worked. With the said grappling hook he dragged his dads body back. He then learned to survive in the wild and etc. I'll add the rest of the story later or when this get enough likes bc I'm tired.

The trauma he has is that he has a deal with Ajaw. The deal is that when Kinich inevitably dies, Ajaw gets Kinich's body to do whatever he wants with it. Creepy.

Actually its true. Kinich and his mother always get hit by his father till his mother run away and left him, one of the reason is because his father gambled until they run of money and become poor, and his mother cant stand being tortured with his father. Kinich take cared his drunk and useless father who hits him oftenly. He learn how to farm and cook to feed himself and his father even though he's still seven years old. One day he ever asked his father about his mother and suddenly his father get mad and they started arguing till he accidentally fell from a cliff and died.

For anyone wandering, Hydro didn’t go easy on him. From what I know, Kinich had an abusive family and his mother left him with his alcoholic and dangerous father one day and while his father was chasing him near a cliff (rumor is to abuse Kinich), the father ended up dying and Kinich had to drag his father’s dead body back home. I think he was like 8-12 at the time, IDKKK ITS SOMETHING LIKE THAT!

I mean he did become an orphan at 7 years old and had to survive all on his own with knowledge from his mother, little boy had to learn to live as a grown adult at the age of 7 and I don't think ajaw's contract and ajaw themselves reminding kinich that they want him dead is a very nice daily thought
