You have to relax your bow hand. You are anticipating the shot and quickly closing your hand. Watch average Jack videos on bow grip. You don’t think you are torquing but you are a lot. Shoot a bare shaft and there is zero chance it’s flying strait with that grip. AJ helped me a ton with grip.

One thing that helps me not torque the bow, try to watch your arrow hit the target through your sight, it forces you to keep your arm still
