This was a beautiful experience. As I began my day and before starting these affirmations I released all body stress and opened my heart. 🙏 ❤ I was ready to receive pleasure and surrender and be vulnerable to the present moment. I feel relaxed and will continue to surrender to this very moment the universe and my higher self are guiding me through. I love myself and know that surrendering will bring calm into my life. I feel relaxed and my intention is to hold this frequency throughout the day and come back tonight to transition into sleep with this meditation. I begin this day with love, gentleness and surrender. Thank you for providing just what was needed at this moment.
