I’d pay to see a Justice League vs Horror Movie Characters.
1:22 I love this part. So epic when I would watch the end credits.
The DC Animated Universe had the luxury of being the first shared universe in the modern era, and Justice League holds up much better than the DC adaptations that followed in its footsteps.
The Justice League animated series delivers what DC Comics fans have always wanted to see: their favorite heroes working together in a story that respects the characters but never takes itself too seriously.
The Justice League animated series was and still is the crown jewel of the DC Animated Universe that remains the gold standard of DC Comics adaptations.
The high quality and popularity of the Justice League animated series paved the way for traditional animation in the 2000s to the 2010s, which many fans agree is the golden age for the medium.
If the first season of the Justice League animated series had untapped potential, then the second season unleashed it all to tell one of the greatest superhero stories ever televised.
The second season of the Justice League animated series doubled down on the characterization of the heroes.
The first season of Justice League laid the groundwork for the second season, which is one of the finest bodies of work in the DC Animated Universe and across the DC media multiverse.
Viewers of all ages watching Justice League were invested in the series as a whole with its serialized storytelling. The characters grew and evolved, both individually and through their relationships with each other. Their actions had consequences that paid off in future episodes or even an entire season later. Justice League proved that animation on television could do so much more to create a more complex, interconnected narrative that extended beyond a typical 23 minute episode.
The DC Animated Universe maintained a certain level of continuity before, but Justice League made paying attention to the larger story part of the fun. The larger story with good episodes made the iconic animated series unforgettable.
The Justice League animated series respected and rewarded its audience with stellar longform storytelling.
Justice League was always about how cool the series was to see these heroes together, being friends, saving the world and fighting supervillains.
The Justice League animated series embraced the inherent fun and silliness of comic book storytelling while the heroes in the show felt like real people who lived in a familiar world.
Justice League stands out among its contemporary peers for how the animated series veered into darker emotional territory while still being a colorful superhero story.
Justice League lacks the modern deconstruction of the superhero mythic archetype that has become standard after two decades of animated and live-action adaptations.
The Justice League animated series struck the perfect balance between spectacle and substance.
The Justice League animated series allowed DC Comics fans of all ages to see these characters come to life in a way they had always dreamed about.
Justice League told intelligent, thoughtful and multiple part stories throughout both seasons, which allowed for a nice balance between animated superhero action and humanizing character development.
The Justice League animated series gave fans a very similar experience to reading the comics, from interconnected storytelling to the pure joy of seeing their favorite heroes work together.
The iconic and original Justice League animated series is still everything DC fans wanted in over 20 years.
Justice League was the culmination of the DC Animated Universe that demonstrates everything Bruce Timn and his team learned over the years, combining old and new concepts to create exciting adventures that pay homage to classic comic characters and delving into the personal drama between the league members.
Stud muffingly gorgeous! My heroes way back in the day. Richard Lester's Three Musketeers was the best!
Pokemon the first movie moment After Ash and the real pokemon come out of the smoke ready for a showdown qith Mewtwo and his clone army This song actually fits really well to that scene

A great cartoon of my childhood. This song is really great. God bless the people who made it. God bless you all.
Timeless beauty, this movie and the soundtrack.
Seeing Hawkgirl flying with ber nth maze was awe inspiring when i was little. "MeN dOnT lIKe WoMeN"
Yea when they make good characters they are good
A truly classic movie. Pity the sequels - and remake - and everything else that came afterwards - are 100% crap.
I always asked my teachers why didn't the US government choose this justice league soundtrack as the country's national anthem? It's more refreshing and encouraging,🎖this soundtrack revives my soul and encourages me to fulfill my duties as a citizen more than the current anthem😮💨. 😴 Boring Long live the justice ⚖️ league🫡.
The Supergirl soundtrack is one of favs in the gym on the treadmill
James Newton Howard premiered his first commission orchestral score at the Hollywood Symphony Orchestra from "The Package", directed by Andrew Davis.
Rip Kevin Conroy he was my favorite Batman of all time😢
3:35 Awesome!
Aramis: When you go on a campaign, does the King give his reasons? He says, "Porthos, fight!" and you fight. Porthos: Oh, I do, I do! Aramis: Then let's go and be killed where we're told to! Is life worth so many questions? Porthos: No, no, of course not.
1:00
1:15 that little Avengers motif makes the scene a lot funnier
2:15 dope that THOR TDW theme's here
The Justice League animated series prioritizes lesser-known versions of heroes, reminding us that there is so much more scope to this universe beyond the usual go-to heavy hitters.
Justice League is the third pillar of DC's animated trinity that best captured the world's finest and every following adaptation has been playing catch up ever since.
The Justice League animated series had universal appeal in that sense, treating both audiences and the team itself with the kind of respect live-action cinema would not even begin to attempt until a few years later. This was reflected in the signature animation style of Bruce Timm, which channeled the grandeur of classic Golden Age and Silver Age comics with much-needed weight in the fight scenes, imbuing them with a tangible physicality sans blood or gore. This is remarkable how well all this animation stands up still today.
The pitch-perfect voice actors of the Justice League animated series included Maria Canals, Susan Eisenberg, Phil LaMarr, Carl Lumbly, George Newbern and Michael Rosenbaum alongside the legendary Kevin Conroy, the definitive Batman for many. Together, the cast balanced all the stoic heroics we have come to expect from these heroes with a lighter touch that no other adaptation has nailed so easily because the world needs saving and there is a lot at stake, but that does not mean everyone has to scowl under their cowl the whole time. Even more serious characters enjoyed sometimes lighthearted moments in the show, reminding us that they are ultimately still human whether they were born in the United States of America or on the galaxy.
These emotional beats resonated so strongly because Justice League embraced continuity across multiple part storylines and even longer season wide plotlines that gave the characters space to connect with us and each other beyond flashy displays of power. The same can be said for the supporting characters and one-off guest appearances. Each was given equal respect by the creators who clearly held a deep love for the source material, and the same is true of the voice talent who brought them to life as well.
Whether the story at hand brought in the whole cast or featured just a select few heroes at a time, everyone had their fair share of the spotlight with unique character dynamics that made the team feel like a family and not just randoms brought together to fight a threat too big for any one hero.
The Justice League animated series expanded the world Bruce Timm and company created in the Batman and Superman cartoons with the best adaptation of DC's premier superhero team to date across 52 episodes.
The Justice League can rarely ever beat with the boundless strength of Superman, the limitless intellect of Batman, the baffling willpower of Wonder Woman, and a whole host of other heroes from across the galaxy that aid in their endeavors.
The Justice League features comrades like Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman, who act as the highest united force of protection available to those of Earth in the DC Universe.
