It's always nice to see someone who does the work of making the whole song in animatic. And it's an excellet work, I must say.
Heres my take: Charlie doing everything "right" in his life made him feel ENTILED to go to heaven, he committed the sin of greed and thats why he was sent to hell. However despite feeling entilted, he always knew deep down he wasn't a good person but just didn't want to accept it. This was hinted at the part "you can run from your demons, until you are exhausted". This was also hinted at the end of the song where its shown he was afraid of death, while the chorus played you can hear him say in the background "i.. dont... Want.. to.. die".

🦇UPDATE, KINDA🦇 im sorry there's a few things here i could've explained a lot better or at least used a more simple and efficient method but when i made this there was still a lot of stuff i was unfamiliar with (and tbh there still is..) i wish i could edit those parts out lol but hey, if enough people are interested, maybe i can start planning an updated version of this vid and perhaps show how to do other funky stuff that took me some neurons to figure out. im no expert but i still hope i can help those artists that are fighting for the lives trying to make something as simple as a tweened chibi LMAO i see yall, i hope i can figure out how to make proper YCH bases too til then OTL
