Couple questions: - is this issue specific to fiber cement? Why wouldn't the same thing happen with any siding? In fact, it seems wood or OSB would stay wet and invite rot and/or termites. - does this happen primarily on the shady sides of the house? Just wondering if the sunny sides of the house need this same treatments or if the sunlight warms and dries the hidden condensation.
