You probably know already, look for power flashes especially if you can't see a tornado. It could be rain wrapped for one thing. Also, What appears to be a funnel cloud can be a tornado! This can be if you don't see the bottom, such as if trees are blocking your line of sight.

YOU SAW A FRICKING TORNADO IN WISCONISN?!

A lot of the lightning appeared to be anvil crawlers. These strikes have a drawn out peal of thunder. They are too far from the ground to be loud (usually).

Just record. The running commentary is not neccessary
