It's good to go by road to Shimla, roads are good. Sometimes a few patches of roads are under maintenance (there are always some patches under maintenance). Make sure your hotel has parking, because it gets crowded during this period of year. Train is also good option to explore, just availability of tickets is an issue. If you are getting the tickets for the train you can prefer that too.. And if you are from Delhi NCR, then buses are also good and takes less time. But i always prefer going by private vehicle as it gives me freedom to move anywhere after reaching that destination. Weather you can always check online for your dates. Yes you can stay in Ubud till last day .. we stayed till last too.. but make sure you checkout from hotel 2-3 hrs prior your boarding time at airport. Traffic gets worse sometimes in some areas and..it's far from airport too..

It costs around ₹75k to 1lac for two people for 7-10 days, depending upon the type of fight you are booking and the type of accomodation you are booking. Check flights on makemytrip, check hotels on Agoda.. they are mostly the cheapest for both

Plan by your own and you can do the trip on almost half the cost.. a good trip to Bali for a couple can cost between 75k to 1lac for 7 days easily. Just try to book the flights for the nearby dates of your honeymoon for as cheap and best as you can. That' s the major cost of the whole trip.. rest you can get plenty of hotel options for 2.5k-3k per day with excellent facilities and view there.. daily expenses are cheap too, food is cheap, rent a scooter or bike for ₹400 per day. You can easily do the trip under 1 lac and even cheaper

Yes, both are required on immigration. Visa on arrival is easy process, either online or on immigration counter.. just pay the fees and show them the documents..No rejection in general for it..it's just tourist visa
