Where Will Everyone Fit In? (feat. John Broadbent)
It's the second of the super-sized episodes with John Broadbent (Defend the Nest), and there is still so much to talk about! Jason and John first talk about how the new additions will fit in, and why this Gulls team will look to contend for a playoff spot next season. Which shortcomings were addressed this off-season, and who are the potential "black aces" for the Gulls this year? Also, some final development camp thoughts from both John and Jason. Finally, who did the Gulls lose over the summer, and which newcomers replaces those that were lost... and are the Gulls done yet? Oh, and some musicals talk!

What can the long-time Duck bring to the Rangers, and how does he fit in with that squad? Bo Groulx also joins the Rangers organization in what could be a sol...

Projecting the Ducks Cap Situation In 2025, Thank You CapFriendly
Просмотров 23514 дней назад
This was recorded hours before CapFriendly shut down. Thank you for everything, CapFriendly. The Ducks didn't land any big names in free agency this off-season, but at least they got to save some money which could help them the following season. With CapFriendly soon shutting down, JD Hernandez played around with the cap settings for 2025-26, and how much space they would still have after re-si...
NHL Signings and Who the Ducks Missed Out On
Просмотров 20914 дней назад
The Ducks missing out on the big names hurts in the short term, but there were definitely some players that got overpaid in this year's free agent frenzy. JD Hernandez explores some of the big signings across the NHL, and why it was a good thing that the Ducks didn't bite on any of those oversized deals. Also, which teams did get better this off-season with some of their moves, and which signin...

Did the Ducks dodge a bullet by not overpaying right now? Also, we welcome back a coupl...

The Ducks' 24-25 Schedule Has Been Released!
Просмотров 16614 дней назад
With the NHL schedule already out, we can begin to mark down the important games of the season, and the opponents to keep an eye on. JD Hernandez noticed that while most teams put out some kind of fancy schedule release video, the Ducks didn't put out a video this year (it's a shame... they've had some excellent videos in recent years). JD decides to have a little bit of fun and record an unoff...

Breaking Down the Ducks' First Three Draft Picks
Просмотров 39221 день назад
The 2024 NHL Draft in the Sphere was a spectacle, and it didn't take long for the Ducks to make a bold pick. JD Hernandez returns home to break down the first three Anaheim Ducks' picks in this year's draft. Lukas Dostal Wins Gold At World Championships!
Hi, I am Czech and my ears hurt every time you say Czechia the way you pronounce it. Just say Czech like in Czechoslovakia and add ia to the end. The way you were saying it, reminds me of Chechnya - part of Russia we have nothing in common. Thank you.
Let’s go ducks.
Can't wait for Ducks to have allot of their futures playing. I see an exciting and fun team to watch, it's coming guys be patient Ducks will be a contender for several years. We're almost their. Ducks need a tee-shirt that says " Believe" with small print saying " Anaheim Ducks" with our orange eyed logo. I've had season tickets with Ducks back in 2005-06 and 2006- 2007... We'll grow this year and mature. Remember we had a ton of injuries last year rebuilding. I'm so excited for the Ducks and it's coming... Enjoy the ride baby. Great show buddy .. your new Duck pal , Ronny Wright) Southeastern Blues Hockey 1974 "California State Champions- Midget goal division 🎉🎉
Taking Sennecke over Demidov is criminal... but Habs fans thank you
WTH are we talking about Comtois, and past stuff. Who gives an F… geez move on! Talk about our young kids, that’s what we’re excited about… not past players that no one really cares about.
U got it right baby our futures and Cutter is going to be awesome for this team with Zegras stronger and Troy toughening up. Let's have fun with this young core and watch them mature🎉
You need to let go of the past that’s your problem who cares what happened with Connor Bernard show starts to irritate me the most because you keep living in the past
Hockey
Let’s Go Ducks. Me need hickey. Lol

Beckett’s elite level offensive awareness is what set him above the rest imo, his ability to attack the middle or at least threaten to makes him dangerous, I’m actually more impressed with what he does off the puck to create space for his teammates, especially off the rush, he drives that center lane and if he can he makes sure to bring a defender with him or set a pick/screen. It’s such a subtle skill that surprisingly a lot of players just don’t get right. He’s the definition of disruptive, I know a lot of fans were thinking this kids defensive game isn’t good because of a few development camp drills, but I guarantee none of them watched this kid play in the ohl, he is definitely a threat even on the defensive end because of his reach and ability to cut off passes and disrupt play with his stick.
Sebastian likes hats.... A lot.
Nope but overpaying those free agents would have.
New to the pod...love this crossover idea.. more please during the slow summer stretch.
Solbergs have a sense of humor. I think he is going to be fun to wach! Thank you for your point of view!
Good sample size critic. Until they get more in-depth training, and experience, we'll see. Looking forward to San Diego, University, and ECHL development. In Madden We Trust
Stian Solberg never played for Hasle/Løren, he has always, since he was a very young kid, played in the Oslo proud and most winning team in Norway Vålerenga. I just had to let you know, cause I felt a bit offended as would Stian be if he discoveres your sacrilege 😮 We are proud about our team, as I expect you are so you understand my correction. This are the colours of Vålerenga 💙❤️
It’s going to take a couple of years to get the team a contender. Hopefully I see the ducks win a cup in my lifetime. I’m new to the sport so I missed out on the first championship. Hope your doing well and let’s go ducks
Too much focus around the ducks not signing the big fish, honestly, i think its good for them not to be signing players for the sake of signing.
This is not painful. With the overpay players got it was better Ducks didn't sign anyone. Sometimes the best deals are the ones you don't make
Glad the Ducks didn't pick up any contracts for aging players even if they are still pretty good. It is time to see what the young guns can really do. There are a couple of rookies that deserve big minutes as well. Next year the free agent market will be better and if the Ducks improve enough they might be able to gain the interest of a couple of high-end players for many playoff runs to come.
Do we have a prospect defenseman on the right side who can make the team this year like a 6'5"" + defenseman
Tristan Luneau will probably make the team this year. He isn't 6'5", but he is a very solid two way right shot Defenseman.
@@AnaheimRob His development took a hit last year, he didn't play a whole lot because of the injury and then the viral infection so I'm not convinced he'll be ready, he might need another year of seasoning.
Players don’t wanna come to a team that is not a contender, especially the older players they don’t want to come to Anaheim since the team is not a contender
Ducks won't be go until the 25-26 season based on the draft picks made since Veerbek became the GM.
Nope, no patience PV needs to put his big boy pants on and find a trade for a player to move this team off 50 pts an a top 5 pick...
Over paying for old players with a long term contract would have hurt the Ducks for many years to come. Develop the young talent and when the time is right add some veterans. If the young guys play up to their potential the Ducks will be fine. Terry needs to earn his contract.
Thanks for the content, keep it up! Enjoy your updates from Sudbury Ontario, Canada
Maxim Masse in the 3rd round was a steal also. Kid could have easily went late-1st or anywhere in the 2nd. Verbeek did great on draft day; free agency not so much
Respect for your jersey collection!!!!!!
The radio doesn't talk enough hockey for us hockey fans. I have Sirus radio and listen to the NHL network but very little coverage on Ducks and Kings. I do look forward to your RUclips broadcast and am so glad we have you. Thank you🎉
Zegras on the third line
We ducks fan expect Cutter to play 1st line with Leo next year.
The social media for the Anaheim ducks is one of the worst ones. I don’t know why they don’t hire anybody to do the job.
Can't believe you have all those jerseys Stimpy. I would never wear anything other that a Ducks jersey.
I’ve never seen a schedule release video 😂 thank you for doing one for this year
Get a schedule bro, this is too random to keep up with
Great analysis great job thanks
Stimpy did you pre order the new jersey? Got mine ordered 🦆
Hey Stimpy do you think you could start uploading videos on a schedule. Like 1 per day Mon - Fri like most of the other Locked on channels.
super
Stop you’re gonna make me quack.
Sennecke was who I wanted Montreal to pick. He will be the best forward in this year's draft. Great choice and sad we missed him.
I wanted Solberg so bad and couldnt belleive they got him
People freaking out over Sennecke for no damn reason. We got a awesome player who fits a need here. I absolutely love the pick and trust Verbeek
How do you know they were going to pick levshunov?
Solberg is an awesome puck moving defender. This could be a steal.
Beeker was cookin, loved both picks. Did well on day 2 also. Skating seems like non issue for Sennecke, he has a powerful first few strides and can create separation.
I see big similarities between Beckett #45 and Bobby #54. Goalscoring is all over the zone from distance and crashing the net. The hand and dekes The elusive skating I like the pick and hopefully he can score 30+ goals and 60 points.
We got the viral moment of the draft Stimpy
Ducks should have traded away their 3rd pick. They could have gotten the same player and something else in return.
Doubt it, Utah probably would have taken him and it takes 2 teams to make that trade, Habs and Lumbus probably say no.
@@LivingNedfinally, someone said it. People acting like trading down is that simple. The only player in this draft anyone would want to trade up for is celebrini, and that was never gonna happen
