Im not professional but this looks not the best and perchance painfull even
HI! It's actually a good exercise to stabilize the shoulder. Obviously doing it with a load that is, for me, quite high creates some difficulties. It's not a painful exercise, but I repeat that, given the load, it's not easy to manage and I have some grimaces of fatigue (not pain) even from the grip.

Ciao! Si chiama settaggio. Tu puoi fare varie tipologie di chiusure e tutte, tranne il no set, prevedono che tu ti aiuti con l'altra mano per "aggiustarti" il gripper in mano. In questa serie allenante, poi, vado ad eseguire delle "click rep" quindi mi chiudo il gripper poi lo riapro di pochi mm e poi richiudo. Spero di aver chiarito;-)
