Outstanding
It's the HUH🫢 for me hahaha😂
Looking good 👀!
FYI, that's like 260lbs of force.
Not true 😂
you cant work out to failure every time
@@eisberserkernr1331 so true check out my next video giving more context
Say it in the back especially say it to those influencers who selling shit for their audience
yes sir
Holy s, I thought this was someone with cerebral palsy
Coaches Dan John, Pavel and Dr. Wayerburry just left the building
Nonsense
I guess you haven’t read the published research showing that full ROM, along with mindfulness on technique, and finishing with 1-3 reps in reserve before absolute muscle failure yields better results for some people. Look, if you’re getting results you’re happy with I’m truly happy for you. The plain truth is there isn’t one answer for everyone. People are different from one another. The reason why what I just explained work really well for some people is that it results in shorter recovery time and they are able to work out particular muscles more often. Frequency and consistency matters a ton too.

I’m aware of the research and I dont disagree with it but I tend to be more aligned with Jeff Cavalier on the subject. Check out the video to see where I’m coming from. I still believe that if your talking about hyper trophy your leaving gains on the table if your not getting close to failure. If strength is the goal near failure is not needed.
@@transformwithtrevor I will check that out, thank you. The main reason I commented how I did was just to make the distinction on the statement on absolute muscle failure was the only way. Absolute statements such as these are often tough to apply to fitness training and even nutrition just because people can be so different from each other. I don’t disagree with you in general it was just a more nuanced point I wanted to make. I’m hoping to catch up with you on the progress you’ve made especially in your arms. Well done sir!

I don’t think it’s bad for you I just think it tastes like shit

"hyper-trophy" 😂
My guy hittin the stanky leg
This Mike dude is an obvious example of what not to look or eat like.
Plain wrong lol
I’m not saying every set but you need to find your way to failure at least some point in your workout or your leaving gains on the table!
ruclips.net/video/27waZSngzW8/видео.htmlsi=GiLXHyiZuib82Du2
You’re wrong. And you look like you could use some leg day
I’m training to win a physique competition so yes my goals are big and I have to go hard to achieve that goal and in the physique category legs are not that critical but I do train them hard every week.
You're comment sucks and looks like you could use some extra iq points
@@lilmac-cs5cs you’re right. I didn’t do my research and copied the other comments I saw. I’m sorry
You. Are. Wrong.
Nope
Booo this comment sucks
Why is it important? For cardio? I’m curious
@@Babbeldibab in body building prep it is an important tool used to keep you in a deficit while keeping your caloric intake as high as possible. Cardio is a necessary part of peaking with 6% body fat and maintaining as much muscle as possible.
@@transformwithtrevor cool thanks for the explanation
I feel you. I tell my kids goodnight on the weekends and go off to walk on my wifes walking pad just to make sure I get my steps in. I only do 10k though.

Hey man have you heard of Cole robinson or his snake diet? It is a fasting focused lifestyle where you drink salt water instead of plain water fast
Sounds interesting. I’m currently following through on my New Year’s resolution of competing in a physique competition in 2024 and I’m just eating what my coach tells me to eat.
They make this stuff called chewing gum, you should check it out 😅
Grown man lifting weights to pose on a stage for people to rate his body and eating a children’s breakfast after destroying his body
I applaud your ability to recognize the irony in all of it! Our lives become interesting when we reach a point where societies norms stop applying to us individually and we become free to start living our own lives.
People filming and asking silly questions while I'm in the gym is the most annoying thing😂 just kidding bro, keep up the good work and keep representing us older ones
No for real! I got that response but chose not to show it!
People camping out is a real thing! 🏕️⛺️
Keep at it dude. 🤘🏼
Yea I can see cocoa crispies sagging off your face. And if you stop eating sugar it will take your body months to adjust to a real man’s diet. Eat a steak before and after your workout then your muscles won’t be temporary and your face won’t look like it’s melting off. Cool dude.
Are you OK? I’m sensing some pain in your life! BTW we will see how you look when you’re in your fifties!
@@transformwithtrevor I’m there and I look 20
