Multitek 2040xp2 firewood processor wedge change. Look how easy it is.
Changing the 6 way out on the multitek 2040 to a 4 way. Most times we use a sling and clevis from a fork on skidsteer for the bigger wedges.

In your other video with comments turned off doing 45 CM logs probably I calculated you were doing about 11 cords per hour quite impressive indeed and 99.5 % of them were of good size quite the wedge that 12way
Pull it away from the conveyor. Your Angle on the grizzly’s is to steep and you could get a better angle on the cleaner

How do you like your Kiln? Are you operating more than 1? Also, I notice you've either modified the Kiln-direct baskets or fabbed your own. You mind telling me which?

They are great machines I've had 2. Built rugged, fast and efficient.

How long you putting green oak in for? Do you have the performance series?
We don’t get any oak. Just usually maple, ash, cherry, hickory, beech. We have a reg. Not a performance. We put our wood in for 24 hrs

What did you put in front of the basket at the end? What kind of wood are you drying?
@@coreym5072 all Mixed hardwood sash, maple cherry. Just a board to help make the air go up through baskets
