Просмотров 146 тыс.5 лет назад
This is how i fixed my vivaro using this sensor from ebay. rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/251255339797 I hope this helps you out.
Just curios to know, how much did you finally sell it? and with that very short slide for speed control//pitch adjustment can you really do beat matching without out-of-tempo for at least 32 bars?
Brilliant, useful info. 👍🏼
Thank you for putting this info up my van is now fixed just cleaned the sensor job done
Du yu sell it
I had those problem since van was 6 months old and had ot ever since. The pipe gets clothed every 6 months and so have to clean ot through. Nothing wrong with the sensor. I bet Vauxhall have made a fortune out of this. If the pipe was a bigger diameter I don't think thos would be an issue. No need to change the pipe, just get some sturdy, flexible wire and push ot down the pipe. Don't lose it though!! Your van will throw loads of fault codes once it gets blocked and even go into limp mode. You have been warned.
Adam your a life saver thank you very much dude 👍😉😁
Anyone know how to get the clamps off without damaging the pipe? Thanks.
Thanks for your video, had this problem twice now but been to garage to get it solved ,over £100 each time ,but it's a big but !,how do you no when the engine is regenerating ?
Could anyone tell me where to get this part from please
You guys are gonna have some fun with that bad lad
Yeah I think it might be a handful
Hi there. What's the sensor number so i can finding in internet? Thanks for your video 👍👍👍
Does this fault also limit power intermittently?
Thanks for posting this. Do you know what code came up from obd? I have 'Check Anti Pollution System' warning and engine light is on - getting code p0470 on obd reader which corresponds to 'Exhaust Pressure Sensor A' so seems like the same thing
Hi. Honestly I can't remember as this was quite a few years ago now but sounds like the same thing to me
Truth be told, these vans are money pits, absolute trash! So many problems i wish i never touched this van! People who don't own one dont bother even buying one! Keep ya money they get worse after 80 thousand miles, most garages hate to work on these vans too! Glow plugs are a problem £200 labour cause they may snap off and are stiff to remove, gear boxes are terrible had 3 replacements within 2 years of van being new under warranty 2016 plate, clutch pedal sticks to the floor all the time, turbos cost a fortune if they fail, track rod ends fail a lot, anti roll bar D bushes need replacing, list goes on and on, after 100 thousand get prepared for new alternators, pipes behind engine corrode and cost £500 plus because mechanics have to take the front end of the van apart to change! I could go on & on about repairs
Hi Adam was the symptoms loss of power on slight hill incline, and then all of a sudden you get power back some times more than you expected, because that's happing to my 16 plate bi turbo vivaro 140 brake horse only just started to go like this a few months ago 140.000 on the clock it's doing my head in lol
Hey man nice video ....I'm into this right now .....how did you remove the exhauste pressure sensor? My one does not have a clip do I need to twist? Many thanks in advance
DF002 .. flow regulation adaptive .. Vivaro B 2015 Anyone know which sensor that would be ?
I couldn’t get break cable down my pipe, any one else have trouble with this
Definitely giving this a go mate, thanks
Have you got a part number or sellers number
brilliant stuff thank you
Had same message! 2 dpf cleans 4 re gens new dpf sensor still same message, watched this video bought the air vacuum sensor £30 sorted!! Thanks Adam
Could you put up part numbers of the sensor and pipe please amazing video thank you top man
i have a same problem before, and i used the injection clearer , also can fix it😊
Mines fucked!!... worst vans on the market avoid at all cost last 2 have been rubbish moving to be myself
Cheers fella.. had this problem with my 2014 vivaro.. garage couldn't work out the code to sort it was going to take it to vaxhall before I found this video.. got a senior on order 🤞 thanks again 👍
Why are garages so useless with diagnostics??
How do you get the pipe clips off
another good clue to our fault on our van. the check anti-pollution system failure and a check engine light. the car does go short runs often so it can also be a blocked dpf(atleast i think so, but hey im just a carpenter :D).
Hi adam what was the van running like? I have a similar problem with check injectors message with spanner light that pops up. I had someone look at it they are saying it could be the turbos?
Great video thanks, i'm out in Europe currently had the fault come on a few days ago😢, is this something that needs sorting ASAP or can it be something i can sort once i get back next week, approximately a 1000miles to drive until home😕
As long as the van isn't going into limp mode im sure it will be fine 👍
Hi adam very informative video and simple to understand, I've got same lights coming on ,will that sensor do for a 19 plate vivaro? Thanks for posting 👏
Thanks. Not really sure but its worth a go
Great video. Do you know if the pipe you cleaned out connects to the dpf the other end? Thanks
Thanks. This was so long ago that i can't really remember 🤔
I have a NSM concert II 1986 and the carriage arm is stuck so Im looking for a replacement
Nice vid you can poke bowden cable down the pipe to unblock it
I have also the emissions fault and an intermittent injection fault … I am wondering if it is same problem !
Great Video, Same problem on my 15 plate Bi Turbo. Will have a go at doing this myself. Does anyone know where I could order some spare rubber pipe so that I can replace that too please?
Does the exhaust sensor connect to the dpf? I have a dpf cleaner that you pump through tubes but don’t know which sensor to take off 😂 thanks man good video 🤙🏼
Does the rubber bit on the bottom need to be removed from the sensor when fitting it?
Mine was a faulty EGR. Replaced under warranty then the EGR cooler went shortly after it. The tell tale sign of the EGR cooler failing is a whoosing sound under acceleration, like the boy racer cars dump valve. It is a real expensive job.
I have same problem on my 2018 vauxhall vivaro diagnos come up with cylinder 3 injector control circuit-open been advice to change the injector should I change it or try this first any suggestion please
I have the same issue, “multi clip comes off easy”? I didn’t find that to be the case 😀
I have a problem with mine it seems like it misfires between 1.500 and 2000 rpm bust sometimes it comes up with that fault but goes off
Great video. Thanks for putting it out. My blockage was further down the pipe. Beyond my skills to replace the pipe. Persevered with brake cable in a drill. Found that running drill at high speed cleared it. Took a while though. Pipe appears to be about 9-10” in length so that’s how far you need to be able to get a cable in.
I have the same problem so will try tomorrow thanks for the video regardless 👍
other thing to check is the nox sensor in the cat mine had same issue was faulty
Awesome mate. Common recurring problem. The trouble is, most garages haven't a clue and will try to diagnose by replacing various different parts. I've heard of bills over £1k!
How do you actually take off the valve from the bracket. I've tried with adjustable spanner but don't want to break anything. There is slight play on the bracket, not sure if you just knock it out. Thanks
This is what's good when it comes to RUclips. Thanks for taking your time to put the video up, I even got a great tip about using a bikes brake cable to get the stubborn blockages clear from the pipe. Many thanks.
Hi Adam is this the turbine upstream pressure sensor I’ve bought a obd reader and fault code df651 and df998 is showing up ? Thanks in advance
Hi. Its so long since i done this video. Apologies thats not much help
@@adamcooper7677 no problem Adam i did take the part off and nothing really came out maybe a bit of white dust .. I cleared the codes yesterday and this not come back on so alls good thanks mate
Hi everyone I too have the same message I’ve taken the sensor and pipe away and they clean ? Is there anymore things to cause this problem … or would you say it’s the sensor itself and just buy a sensor ???
