So boring. Fernanda is too much on stage. She's even singing too much. Just a big wall of noise. I don't understand the hype. I mean...they are beautiful und maybe nice girls. But musically it's still very, very weak.

I emailed the company about the differences, and they replied: “We just shrunk the enclosure, removed the 9V battery. The only other change was the taper of the potentiometer for volume, but this happened towards the end of the V1 run. The value didn’t change, but the way it was spread around the volume pot did. I was at that show in Southampton and a great night it was. Been a fan of Crowbar for 30 years or so and the first time i caught them live. I was not disappointed. Kirk is the master of the crunchy riff.

Based on problems I've had diagnosed in the past and 30 years of playing tube amps, That's a grounding issue OR a precursor sound warning you a tube is about to go out. These are two amps so I have like maybe a 10% chance of being right.

There seems to be a big volume difference between them. I suggest you account for that in tonal comparisons. See if you can match volumes before you decide which sounds better.

Shit I was at the first ever gigs of this band, totally different group of people, the singer you see on stage here (barney) and I mean him no malice was just a groupie hanger on, mate. And I would venture that those gigs all those years ago (mermaid in Birmingham in 1985/86) were far better than this. When I get chance and can be arsed I'll upload some of the recordings of the early gigs I've still got put away on t d k cassette somewhere. As I say I mean no hate I just have a valid opinion.
