Paradigm shifts are challenging because people go with the flow, naturally, rather than introduce new concepts because it requires to some degree, a lot of effort. Between some or most people reject change because it isn't comfortable, there's fear and anxiety... Understanding the proximity principle and making the effort aren't easy...if you keep doing it (consistently), it'll simply turn normal.

Some people will question why you do what you do, and question why you took the path when there are other more convenient ways to go about things. In a passage I came across in a book called "Stay Hard," that was my approach to everything. To sum it up, I've lived and survived, and I can happily retire knowing that.

It's amazing how you(brothers) kind of put all the me and I aside and push the we and us to complete and finish the spartan objective. Looking back at my youth, these positive energy and mindsets should have been taught more because it takes a village to build a child/teen/young adult. I appreciate your effort in encouraging men to push to be better men, nesian built. I love it. If I may, a cycling event could be a great idea for you all, gentlemen. There's a large multi-day bicycle event in the Northwest, riding from Seattle to Portland in one or two days. The route is over 200 miles of pavement along scenic valleys, forests, and farmlands of western Washington and Oregon. This event will need training, probably starting around the spring since the event is normally in July. It's not for everyone, like you mentioned (cramps do happen). And, training is necessary...unless you have those expensive electric assisted bikes-then that's a different situation all together. I look forward to seeing more of this! And, please do it again, gentlemen. Si yu'us ma'asi.
