WM is a very hard company to work for. They pound their non union divisions to the ground. The management is a total joke. They only concern themselves with their bonus money each month. WM thinking is like a 5 year child's attitude. If you have an idea to save the company money they down play you as if you were a fool. Then a week or 2 later they will put your idea in practice then take claim for it. The managers that follow the company attitude are idiots. 19 years is proof of that.

Fun to watch, but terribl on the route. These were good in their day as routes were smaller. The gripper drops cans and it's harder to place them back. The packers don't pack well either. That's why he tilts it back and yet he can't get a decent load in 2 hours
