Welcome to Cars ‘n’ Trains, a RUclips channel dedicated to my interest of these two forms of British heritage transport. The videos span many years and I will endeavour to add more content regularly. As an MG and MINI enthusiast, the car videos are influenced by these marques but there will be other content outside of these. Having been a steam locamotive enthusiast since childhood, I always find the chance to visit many heritage railways.

GWR Castle Class 5051 ‘Earl Bathurst’ in action from September 2006 including full demo of the Travelling Post Office (TPO). Look out for the wheel slip too! Originally named ‘Drysllwyn Castle’ was built at Swindon in May 1936. She was renamed ‘Earl Bathurst’ in August 1937 and carried that name for the rest of her GWR and BR life.

In Jersey around year 2004 we could see lots of mgfs, are most of them still running.?
In France there were only 5 Tahiti blue ones in 1998. One of them was mine. What a cabrio.! Then I got a 206cc, a mx5 nb 140, a NC 160 and a slk 320.....

blimey ......went mgf 10 still got the photos , often wonder if scarlet fever and golden wheels are still going and how the likes of Adrian Clifford and that doctor ....Rob are doing , loved my mgf now gone got a MR2 instead !

Just fixing a HGF on mine. It's one of the first and still going strong, except... *sigh*... but still so much worth the effort.

Ive tried to see the loco in its full spenda. but every time, ive went to york Railway musesm its been on tour or in a work shop in peices lol, a very busy loco lol
