I live in the Pearl District...have for 10 years. It has its issues most fentanyl related. Downtown and Chinatown is worse..but we plan to sell...the city is doing NOTHING to solve the safety problem for all.

I live here and the Pearl is the more expensive upscale area. Go down to 4th and Stark in SW and it’ll be very different. The rest of down town is still a shit show. So yes, it was obliterated and still is.

The pearl district which he is in has always been an upscale part of downtown. Even the "security guard" from Safeway looked dressed as antifa. I went to Portland for a wedding in 2016 and it was awful then. Nobody is around here in this video. Why would anyone pay to live there?

Portland USED to be a great city. NOT ANYMORE. The income tax, crime, homeless problem trashed my old city. Mmmmm I can find a city with more options and opportunities in Boise compared to Portland.

I live in Portland. It should be noted that the Pearl District has always been the nicest, and more importantly, MOST EXPENSIVE neighborhood in the entire city. If you move to Portland, the area you live in won't be nearly as nice as this is (unless you're already wealthy of course.)
