Good stuff! Important message. Also Love the word play Riches in the niches and snitches get stitches!
@@justinward7865 well said!
I am this technique's worst enemy. I will find all the reasons it won''t work. And when you take it away, I say "Thank goodness I won't have to deal with that idiocy any more."
lol! Knowing is the first towards fixing!
Hell yeah Andy, leading from the front! Great podcast with Pat Corrigan the other day
Appreciate that man. Just trying to keep getting after it.
The days of scamming with worthless videos are done
Depends on the industry.
I would say the opposite. Being a jack of all trades is incredibly smart. But in all honesty it's one of the only ways to make a good living
this is a good example of how to use a lot of words to say absolutely nothing.
Jack of all trades being "gone" is bs.
Hey Andy! Consistency is one of the key things I believe in more than anything else. A quote I love is "It's not what you do that makes you extraordinary, it's how long you are willing to do it."
@@JimmyMarshall hell yeah. Think in years, not days.
Just a heads up, on youtube, if your video is more than 59 seconds, it will get posted as a long form view instead of being on the shorts feed (which usually makes it perform worse) So for these videos, just make sure they are 59 seconds or less👍
@@JimmyMarshall thanks for the heads up.
Hope your business is crushing!
Some great books behind you! Also, this was super helpful. I've been growing my audience mainly on X. Is the "strategy" you have for creating video content different on linkedin vs youtube?
You know what? I am a regular viewer of your RUclips channel. I have seen your videos and the content quality is very good. Your channel has quality content but still it is not delivering its right audiences due to SEO problems. SEO optimization will also make your videos appear first in Google, RUclips, Bing, and other search engine search results by relevant keywords. You should focus on your video's SEO for the right audiences and more organic views so that you can have big fanbases. For Your RUclips videos SEO problems-solving and how it works have one's permission to ask me any questions.
Hello I love it, thank you so much for making such a beautiful video. But I noticed that your channel has very less subscribers and views I see your channel is having problems due to which you are not able to increase subscribers These problems should be solved I can help you show those problems
💪 great advice! 🙏
I have never heard that phrase used in such a positive way. I love the idea that finding out doesn't always have to be a negative experience. Things can go wrong but sometimes you need to gather some courage and fuck around in order to make forward progress.
@@SquishyTheBerries exactly. Worst case it doesn’t work and you try something different.
I found your RUclips channel. I watched your RUclips and noticed that your channel has many problems and your videos are not getting many views due to lack of SEO of your videos. In a short time, I can solve this problem and increase the number of organic views. I would like to discuss this matter with you and look forward to your response
There are different levels of brokers/agents out there, always your job as an agent to make sure you are consistently trying to climb to that next level. No one starts at the top, but no excuse not to keep working to be a top level broker for your clients. Great message Andy.
Love hearing this. Always strive for better.
He says as he has 6 likes and 0 comments so far... lol
Thank you so much! Someone recommended this and I have found it very informative!

Great content Andy. I'm interested in Joint Venture deal making. It would be great if share content about structuring deals between business as a middleman. It would mean a lot. Thank you
Are you making join venture deals in a specific industry?
Thank you so much for sharing. Excellent advice and very relatable for athletes and those in sales.
You bet!
Im curious if alex still uses Flyers because im pretty sure he doesn't.
Great video Andy. Conviction is #1. This is why long time agency owners are typically such good salespeople. They tend to believe wholeheartedly that the prospective client should be in their agency environment. I’m fortunate enough to see this firsthand with my agency owners.
What was the name of that chrome extension, exactly? There are several options and I'd like to pick the right one. Thanks for the video by the way, super helpful.
Press “x” for doubt
I think one of the reasons the carriers in our market went to a pepm model in the fully insured market
Agreed
Theives know how to run fast...
This isnt a du pont technique
I’d say at the start it is a balance of posting content to get over that initial “fear”or whatever you want to call it and not worrying about it being perfect, and the continuing to refine as you move along in your process. Would you agree? I think the fear of your content not being great at the beginning is what prevents agents from posting initially, at least that was the initial hurdle for me.
Yes, most people don’t ever get started because they want post #1 to be perfect.
@@CompleteGameConsulting Gotta get started and keep the ball rolling! 1% everyday!
Doing things that makes you a little bit uncomfortable and force you to grow is key. Saying “yes” to something you aren’t 100% sure on yet, whether that is webinar you’re hosting or a new risk management plan/strategy you are marketing to one of your niches…these are all things that can put you a little bit out of your comfort zone and push you to grow. At least in my opinion. Good short Andy.
This is called “imposter syndrome”. Talking about something you’ve never done before. It’s imperative if you’re going to continue challenging yourself to get better.
Not sure if it's just me but sound is very low.
It’s a recording from a past workshop. Well check. Thank you for the feedback.
The problems with marketing today.
Great podcast, Andy! Enjoyed what you shared and will have to check out Nick Saban’s book too.
Awesome bro, By the way, I was wondering if I could help you with engaging video edits?
Embarrassing, it’s sad that they get rid of a fitness test because people are to embarrassed to fail it, if you are so embarrassed than work hard and pass it next year. It’s called motivating, that’s the problem with Americans these days they don’t want to work for anything. Another problem is being to soft with children, I don’t understand why they give trophies to the losing team these days it doesn’t teach them anything. Losing isn’t supposed to be fun it’s supposed to make you want to win, it’s supposed to make you want to work harder so next time maybe you will get to feel what it’s like to win. It also builds character and teaches us that if you want something you have to work hard to get it, just treating everyone like a winner does nothing but show children that they can get what they want with out working for it. It’s sad how weak minded our country has become.
Complete Game Consulting, I have seen your video. Your content is very good. But as it is not SEO friendly, that's why you are not getting targeted views and subscribers. Also had Seen some more issues with your channel like Your videos are not optimized with SEO friendly title, descriptions. Let's talk more about it. I am waiting for your response.
Toughest thing to be consistent with. But biggest ROI. Need these reminders. Time blocking can be a huge help for me. 9-4 is prime calling hours. Mess around on LinkedIn or make videos outside of those hours. At least that’s what works for me. Thanks Andy
That fire in the belly that makes you want to go back for more after getting kicked in the gut is unmatched. Always feel fortunate I’ve found it for myself. One thing about your videos Andy is you can feel the passion and authenticity through the screen.
Insightful! 🎉
I’m glad it resonated with you!
