I just listened to episode 500 on Spotify, it’s full of good information on e scouting. Just got to the part where Mark starts talking about edge in habitat. That’s true for any biome, and helps in fishing too. It’s a permaculture topic that’s spoken on constantly. I’m sure a lot of the hunting demographic has a generous Venn diagram with homesteading people, so I think it’s a worthwhile area to get knowledge on even if someone just comes from a hunting angle. If you want to research habitat, throw permaculture in the bag too! You’ll find a lot of key words relevant to scouting.
