Anyone who is interested in vocals knows that Sohyang is really good at singing. But what is even more surprising is how she manages her voice. She has been singing this incredibly difficult song since she was 19. And she is now 47. She has suffered from pneumonia for over 3 years, but she is in great condition. She is even 45 in this video. I think there are few vocalists in the world who can manage their voices like her at 45.
She's a high soprano but her low is still good compared to normal soprano.
They were stunned when So Hyang belt out a powerful B5

Enjoyed your interesting reaction. Her live renditions of it absolutely depend on the audience and venue. It was in a church, wasn't it. The performance in the MBC was pristine but her usual live perfs are wild, enthusiastic and rocky which are super duper cool to hear imo.
