Words can not express my appreciation for Coach House quality, service after the sale, and friendliness of all staff. The 7.3 engine is awesome. Plenty of torque, power, and good gas mileage for a 27’ coach. We have received many positive comments on our coach and have shown it to other campers. Several comments inquired about, or objected to absent pricing info. Many RV manufacturers no longer list their MSRP (I just checked Phoenix USA RV & Coachmen RV = unlisted) Several comments also inquired about, or objected to absence of a 4x4 drivetrain & lifted suspension. Quigley Off-road is certified by Ford, to alter the OEM suspension and install their 4WD conversion. Phoenix USA RV has offered 21’ & 24’ models on the Ford E-450 chassis with Quigley’s 4x4 conversion/lift as an option. However, Ujoint Off-Road has been removing MANY of Quigley’s conversions from dissatisfied owners, whom have opted for the much stronger and stable FRONT leaf spring suspension system UJOR utilizes. Pricing starts approx @ $30K for UJOR base install package. For rough comparison, a 2025 Pleasure Way On Tour Class B van conversion on a Ford Transit AWD chassis, starts at $200K (no options, and 1 foot narrower interior living space) A 2025 Winnebago Ekko Class B+ on Ford Transit AWD chassis, Starts at $215K (no options). However, owner group comments frequently address continual concerns with quality control and inconsistent dealership service & support. I own a 2020 model of this Coach House Platinum 220TB. It is VERY well engineered and constructed… although I won’t attempt claiming that it is entirely perfect (no RV is). Longtime RV owners/shoppers will recall when a few highly respected TOP QUALITY family-owned RV manufacturers sold out to a big RV industry conglomerate …and their formerly stellar reputation for durable construction and excellent service, went straight into the gutter! Pay more upfront …or pay more LATER, (incomplete Coach functionality on delivery, delayed parts acquisition & questionable repairs, buyers remorse, cancelled vacation plans, partial / non-refunded RV park reservations). Peace of mind is ‘priceless’ …and always a good investment.

I have always liked this motorhome, but it was just too small. I definitely have to see how the slides open it up too bad you have one side full slide to get a little bit more space. They definitely gotta see this in person.

So, does the water service bay door need to remain open with a water supply hooked up?

I just retired. Was thinking on a class b or c motorhome. With fuel prices , insurance on an rv , interest rates and low resale values , i changed my mind. I think it cheaper to find cheap flights , cheap car rental and club hotel savings , this is the route i will take to see the country.

I saw a used one for sale on PCL. My father had a HALL GTC, a Cortez, and a dolphin and a new ‘63 airstream. You have captured the essence of The RV OF THE FUTURE. I miss my 40’ diesel pusher but I’m not full timing any more and I sold my RV Park. But I think you have captured the best elements of RV design in the future.

Hi.. where is the power cord and or power-outlet for the tv? I wish tv was wall mounted just above where it sits with the outlet behind the tv to plug in to. Then that counter can be utilized for maybe a coffee maker? a crockpot? a birkie?

E350 - E450. Why the F would you not put a DIESEL engine in these..?? Ultra Gas PIG Engines. Does this one come in a no-propane option ? And what are the bed lengths ? I'd add 2 more inches to get beds that a 6'2" tall person could use.

How does your company get to the bathroom if you have your bed in king size? Is there a door from outside to the bathroom. Not a good layout I wouldn’t want to put my bed up and then out every night.

Had to tell from the video but in the bathroom for a person your size or larger is there room to actually go #2 and finish with tp. Some are large enough to sit but when it's time to finish you have no room to lean a little to use the tp. Sone of the family is left handed so we need room on both sides. Not sure why RV designs don't allow just an extra 6 inchs on both sides then they do now. Make the cabinet a little smaller or something. Everybody is not 200 lbs and we need some room.

73” beds aren’t long enough. Fail.

I toured the factory and they are top shelf. Considered that model. Unfortunately not in my budget 😢 I couldn’t even find a decent used one. Glad they don’t use multiplex. Coach House was my first choice my second was Phoenix Cruiser. I got a PC 😊
