A mix of glove puppetry, stopmotion animation and live action, this short film takes a humorous look at the problem of there being too much horse manure on the streets of Westminster, London at the turn of the 19th and 20th Century. Commissioned by Westminster Archives and The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, the film was funded by Heritage Lottery Fund. Thanks to National Lottery Players.
