We do a lot of scrape and pre-rinse before using this machine, otherwise, food doesn't come off the plates. My understanding is that this is because this is less of a "washer" and more of a "sanitizer" is that correct? Thank you!

Is there a delimer switch on this machine? If so where is it located?
Was the bun popping hot? Did it squish the top?

How do you troubleshoot when ventless stops working?
