@@Vern-u8j lol 😂😂😂😂😂😂 that's what happens with age , there is actually a very beneficial reason to not trim them as well, I do lots of grinding and porting and they stop about 70% of shavings and dust going into my body, after a few hours porting you blow your nose and majority of contaminants come out. Now you may ask how I know what % is captured and its because I used to trim them and had very clean and manicured nostrils but Ide ingest so much dust and metal particles from porting and grinding it would make me sick so your just gonna have to put up with the hairy nostrils 🫢🫢🫢🫢

@@Grooty79 oh right , it's just as soon as video started showing the front it looked look like the mk5 , the rear though looks nothing like a mk5 that's why I said in the UK they badge as mk5 Aussie different name, rear, engine , interior I would think , and in USA it be badged something different again to UK and Aussie. Just saying looked like mk5 father had one.

@@neil7498 in the 10 years of having my workshop I've built lots of cars but this is the first one and it shows how far my skills have improved over the time 🤗🤗🤗 I'm looking forward to rebuilding the van again in a few years time and taking it next level 🤗🤗🤗

@@ianash8937 yes they come in fwd I'm pretty sure, we're actually going to be putting a 4aFE into this car which is a twin cam and it should make double the power once we sort out the new turbo and eFi 🤗🤗 this draw through turbo setup will be for sale once the new motor goes in

@@thedoubleton200 thanks 😊, it's a ppm kit, Ide use honda h22 rods on a 95mm crank and get some custom Ross pistons, be warned there's a LOT of clearancing to go 95mm but using a s14 block is better option but still heaps of grinding, I also had to modify the oil pump

@@thedoubleton200 M30 is quite a good conversion on an e30 and I've done a few, I like the M20 for weight and handling but M30 has sooooo much torque so it's a great swap
