Nice! Is there a way to show a call count in any widget or chart? At a glance I'm trying to find a way to see call activity for the day/week/month.
Hi Jonathan! Calls are auto-logged in the activities board (default CRM) when you create them in the Emails & Activities tab. Go to the Activities board, and you can build a numbers widget and filter it by activity type 'call' to show a call count. - Alex
@@enable.services7028 I've been logging my calls under the leads tab in the emails and activities section for each lead. Is there a place in there to track the call summaries as a total number? or do I have to log my calls there and also in activities board? Trying to stream line the process.

This video was helpful. However I have one large project and many workstreams. I would like to create one Main Board.. Then connect the projects and choose items for those boards as dependencies. Is there a way to do that so the main board can "see" the connected boards but it doesn't muddy up everything? Does that make sense?
Thanks for watching! Based on your query, the closest app that could get to this would be the Roll-up Multiple Boards app could be what you're looking for. We made a video on it here: ruclips.net/video/UqIXY5MrxPI/видео.html There will be some limitations to dependencies within the main board, but as it works off templated projects, these can contain dependencies and automations to the desired effect when created. If this isn't quite what you are looking for, I'd recommend giving our team a call using the details in the description as they can explore based on your specific use-case.

Hi, thank you for the question! I've added a response to John, but I'll copy it here too. This is more complex, but we’ll try our best to explain it here: When you’re in the Template Assistant, pick the Module that the Template is assigned to, and then in the Select Relationship dropdown, pick the related Module that you want to take data from. If you are using an Account and want data from your Contacts, the relationship would be the Contacts. Then, press the Cog icon to the right of this. It should show you the identifier that it needs to look in a related field to the top level Accounts record. In this example, it should look something like: {#contacts }{/contacts} Anything that is between that will be brought through from the Contacts connected to the Records. Add a field to Sort by (Name for E.G.) and the direction (ascending or descending). It should automatically add an object field and it will now look something like this: {#contacts sort='name:ASC'}[object Object]{/contacts} On Fields, add the fields you want to add. In this example, adding a Name and mobile number will bring these through, so it will look like this: {#contacts sort='name:ASC'}{name}{phone_mobile}{/contacts} Now you can copy this to your clipboard and paste to your template. You can add text to it and the fields will populate with the information from Sugar. So an example of this in a sentence is: {#contacts sort='name:ASC'} The name of this contact is {name}, and their phone number is {phone_mobile}. {/contacts} This will produce this on the Document: The name of this contact is John Doe, and their phone number is 07xxx xxxxxx. Be aware that it will produce all results from related modules with more than record attached. Using the above example, if the account has two Contacts, it will produce the Sentence above for each of the two contacts. You can copy this as a table instead, and then the document produced will add a line for each contact with the requested information. HI, the problem is between workspaces, Monday don't save the Activity Log.
Unfortunately it seems like a very limited tool, it is complicated to create documents with complex logic. :(

Thank you for the kind words! For exporting email and activity notes, if you export the board to Excel, you can choose the option to include Updates. This should pull through notes from the email and activities attached to items in a separate sheet. Exporting a board can be done via the three dots next to the Invite button, More Actions, and then Export Board to Excel. This will provide a .xlsx file which can be loaded into any spreadsheet software (including Google Sheets). We hope that helps!
Hello , I have been following your channel very well. Your channel video topic and quality is very good. You can take your channel even further if you want. But there are some important issues in your channel which will not grow your channel easily if not solved. and your channel SEO score is absolutely zero. this is why your you tube growth is very low. If you can solve this problems your channel will grow very quickly. subscribers ,views , like, comments is very low according to your channel age. and views ,like, comments is also very low according to your subscribers. because channel setting problem and video SEO problem. If these two problems were not present in your channel today you would have got many times better results.

I can't streamline permission for guests on shareable boards as view only
Hi Victoria! The board level permissions are only able to be controlled for Board Owners, and Non Board Owners, and Guests can't be specified. However, you can restrict Guests at an account level. If you click on your profile in the bottom left, and here you can pick the abilities that Guests have at an account level across all shareable boards, effectively makes all boards view only. You will need to be an account admin to perform this. You can also restrict it on a per column basis if that is workable for you. Hope that helps!
