I love this type of meditation doctor Dispenza guide us through… Because it was extremely easy to focus all of my attention on the space occupying the space beyond the space… How genius is this? Quiet this mind in this manner is very effective and amazingly, relaxing… Love it…

does ANYbody ever get hurt from this stuff??? im super curious. im just getting restarted doing this and both little spurts of time ive started doing felt sooooo right and then something scares me, some people in the world are saying schizophrenia?? or an eternal bad acid trip that never ends? is there ANY shot of this? am i going to see demons if i blast my third eye open?? lol
