It looks better filmed on the Osmo though. 😂
Interesting to see. Perhaps I'm wrong, but it looked like there was very little wind, in which case the surround sound trom the internal mics would have been a better choice that mono sound from an external mic. The Pocket 2's built in mics really do make you feel like you are really there, with this kind of footage - for me they are the stand-out feature of this device. But I concede that wind noise can be a problem with them out of doors.
Even with a little wind the internal mics still pick it up and make that awful sound. The external mic seems to stop it altogether - that's why there seemed to be no wind at all. The only negative thing I find about the external is that it picks up your breathing (it's very sensitive), and if I place it elsewhere it picks up the rustling of my clothing. It's still brilliant though.
