I am stuck in a network loop . My tv keep on sowing you are connected to network. Pressing continue butron loads rhe screen for while and come back again to same acreen . Tried three different nerwork , unplugging for hours. Nothing work. The loop isnt breaking

Wonder if anyone can help, I did a factory reset from the TV... once it completed, I started the TV, I see the Android TV Logo, then it goes to the 4 dots and it just shuts down (sometimes it flickers and goes again on the 4 dots and shuts down). TV is a Hisense 55Q7G (only 4 years old and I have it since 3 years). I have tried power off and holding power button but it doesnt work, white LED comes on as soon as I plugged it back in. I also tried a USB key with nothing (and with random ZIP file) and it doesnt seem to work. I also tried rebooting and pressing a remote button while USB in it (to simulate an update) and this was also without success. As of now, I'm not really able to get any assistance even from Hisense themselves. SN is also not found on their website to I cannot flash the OS. If I could access this recovery menu it would be great at least I could rule that out (Hisense last troubleshooting step is to flash firmware however they arent even able to provide me that :/ ) help... anyone ?
Find if it's got any physical reset switch. Maybe a pin hole or something. Probably won't have any but worth checking I guess.
@@hometv1167 yeah I already checked, there is only a ''service'' port that is next to the audio jack and seems like a similar input. :/
Try calling Hisense Canada, give them the model number and say that you need the firmware file or upgrade file maybe also say that your TV is bricked. They should escalate you to something like tier 2 customer service and email a link to the to download the firmware and instructions on how to install it. If it works lucky else it's bricked beyond help. While it may be possible to unbrick Android TV like Android phones it is going to be hard work trying to find the right tools and software for that. Good luck.
@@hometv1167 well I did call they told me the Android TV's are no longer a thing and are now all Google and kinda brushed me off and gave me a local reparation shop. I called 6 of them near me and none carry the firmwares and just want to charge me to change the board. I just want to try this and if the board needs changing, f* it, I'm just gonna buy another TV. owned for 3 years and TV is 4 and I've had regular to minimum usage and to break it with a factory reset tells alot about quality of product :/ I will try to call them back and say to escalate my issue. I tried reaching them by 2 or 3 other means but they dont seem to reply... (even worse customer service) Appreciate YOUR replies tho.

So I was wrong I was delete tv live and he got me Stuck mode

If the hardware reset switch didn't work, its probably a hardware issue

Is there a power button on the box? Try holding it for some time.
.... i waited and😢 screen is on but nothing is shown/black, and its blinking white indicator fast....
The blinking is probably some error code. Try contacting the customer service
@hometv1167 due high load when updating system, CPU got burned thank god i got a warranty, i changed Motherboard.

It will work only if the issue is not that severe. Leave it on the loop for a while and it should go into the recovery menu

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU i nearly gave up on my sony tv and checked this last video and left it to loop and loop and then it went to start up screen and then i downloaded a new firmware update via usb stick and tv seems to be back working i cannot thank you enough 🥳

Probablemente este método no funcione en ese caso. Consulte el manual y averigüe si hay algún interruptor de reinicio físico o pregunte al servicio de atención al cliente.

Turn off tv, hold down power button while you plug the tv back on and wait for a start up screen then the recovery screen may appear from there you can factory reset the it. Try this.
