Wonderful work and thanks for this! By the way, the wood you feature here is not from a W113 Pagoda, but from a sedan. The Pagodas don't have wood facing the driver, just 2 pieces up top on the dash, the central radio speaker grill also on top, the cubby box (console box) and surrounding the rear window of the hard top.
I'm in Dallas but sure would love for you to restore my wood out of an 86 Maserati Spyder. How do foreign customers make it affordable?

Hey Geoff, can you do a video on how you make the veneer conform to the chamfers around gauges for example? Is there any special preparation or tricks or does it just conform to that shape under the vacuum pressure? Do you use a veneer softener to help the veneer bend over the chamfers? Thanks

Methods of applying and finishing will be interesting to see. For this video, the sound is not good, particularly at the beginning. You mightwant to try a proper microphone, or different room or perhaps filming from closer. I've given your video a 'Like'. When's the next one?

Hi you remove your door cards then the door Cappings are bolted on in about 3 brackets and 1 at each end
